Jason Brokken from our Multi Alloys Division assisted in a project that required Alloy 317L (00Cr19Ni13Mo3) material.
This was due to the application requirement, such as stronger chemical resistance than conventional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels such as 304 alloy, higher ductility, stress corrosion resistance, compressive strength and high temperature resistance.
We supplied pipes, fittings, and flanges of various sizes , all in alloy 317L.
